We send all orders by second class post - a small package is £3.69. Our postal days are on a Tuesday and Thursday. We aim to deliver all parcels within 7 working days.

Why not join our Cub Adoption scheme? It’s a gift that lasts the best part of a year!
While we can't invite you to meet the cubs in person, you can still be part of their incredible story. With our Cub Adoption Scheme, you can support and follow the growth of cubs (like Marshall in the photo) from bottle fed infants to wild teenagers.
The adopter will receive a special Adoption Certificate and updates on three rescued cubs throughout the year, culminating in their release back into the wild.
If the Adoption is for a friend or family member, please give the name in the 'Add Instructions to Seller' box at checkout, so it can be personalised. The Adoption will say it is a gift from you and we will send to the stated delivery address. If the gift is for a special occasion, i.e. birthday, please let us know.
Please note, for non-UK recipients, the scheme is available only by email.
