We are excited to announce our upcoming charity auction event in September 2025, where we aim to raise funds to support The Fox Project through three (3) types of auctions: live auction, bid on paper auction, and lucky draw. All proceeds from the event will go directly to The Fox Project. The money raised is vital to support our busy wildlife hospital - that admits and treats over 1,400 foxes per year, including over 450 cubs.
We are seeking support from people and organisations like yourself to contribute by making a monetary donation or donating auction items.
In return for your support, all sponsors will receive the following benefits:
- Your auction item will be prominently displayed throughout the evening.
- Your auction item will be featured in the pre-auction bid process online for five (5) days before the event.
- Space will be provided beside your item for placing brochures/business cards.
- All auction items will be featured in the onscreen presentation.
- All businesses and donors will be acknowledged on the "Attendee Handout Sheet" distributed to every attendee.
Moreover, we have additional benefits for larger sponsors:
- Company logo placement on The Fox Project website, which receives over 5K visitors monthly.
- Promotion on Facebook (421K followers) and Instagram (19K followers).
- Signage for 12 months on two transport vans which cover over 30,000 miles annually.
- Feature slide in the event presentation displayed during the live auction.
- Company logo on the triannual newsletter sent to a database of 7.5K, all shop orders and all donors.

We are particularly looking for auction items such as vouchers for holidays, shopping experiences, hair and beauty services, artwork, wine, antiques, jewellery, electronics, signed memorabilia, and more. Every item received will be put up for sale and will contribute to the success of our event
