The Gift of a 'Festive Foxy Feast'!
We always feel for the foxes at our hospital; the environment isn't one they’re used to or particularly enjoy. We strive to make their stay as comfortable as possible by providing cosy straw in their sleep boxes, nutritious meals, and enrichment to keep them occupied—all while keeping human interaction to a minimum. However, it will never compare to their natural habitat.
This festive season, we want to give them a special treat! While Christmas holds no meaning for the foxes, they may have had the chance to enjoy someone's tasty leftovers in the wild (minus the cooked bones of course). We'd like to create that experience for our patients!
